At Alabama Coast Eye Clinic we want you to enjoy the best possible vision. During your exam, Dr. Felber will diagnose your eye health, and inform you about your options for resolving any problems. We co-manage with some of the best surgeons in the area if you need further assistance.
During your eye exam, we will fit you for contact lenses and glasses. You will love the customized care you will receive from our clinic.
Visiting the area? We do not offer same day service for glasses. However, we can fit you in contacts if you have a current contact lens prescription.
At Alabama Coast Eye Clinic, we use state-of-the-art technology to provide the best quality eye care available. This includes the use of Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), color deficiency tests, visual field tests, VEPs and ERGs, and Digital Retinal Imaging. This testing allows the diagnoses of many diseases such as Macular Degeneration, Diabetic Retinopathy, and Glaucoma as much as 10 years earlier than exams in years past.
These advanced procedures allow us to track eye conditions from visit to visit, and observe even the smallest of changes to allow earlier treatment.
Some patients prefer to wear contacts instead of glasses. From daily wear to longer-lasting lenses, we can provide the ideal contact lenses for you. Sometimes our eyes change over time. If your regular contact lenses have started to feel less comfortable, please let us know. Our practice is happy to provide one-day service when needed. We also offer colored contact lenses.
